This website is hosted statically. When you access these pages, the server automatically processes standard technical connection data such as your IP address, date/time of access, requested page or asset, data transfer volume, and user-agent string in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure, and reliable operation).

3. Self-Hosted Typography

All fonts on this website (Space Grotesk) are loaded directly from this server. There is no connection to Google Fonts CDN or external type foundries. No personal data or IP addresses are transferred to third parties for font loading.

4. Analytics & Cookie Consent

Non-essential tracking or analytics scripts are only executed after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). No personal profiling or cross-site tracking takes place.

Your preference (accepted or rejected) is stored exclusively in your local browser storage (localStorage) under the key mk-consent-v1 to prevent repeating the prompt on every visit. You can update or revoke your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

5. Contacting Me

If you reach out by email or telephone, the information you provide (name, email address, message content) will be processed solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Data will be deleted once your request is resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

7. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The following information is provided with regard to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "AI Act"). Its transparency obligations under Art. 50 have applied since 2 August 2026.

No interactive AI: This website does not use AI systems that interact directly with visitors (in particular no chatbots and no AI-based advice). There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, no emotion recognition, no biometric categorisation, and none of the practices prohibited under Art. 5 of the AI Act.

AI as a production aid: Generative AI tools may be used to assist with concept work, design, text and image production, drafts and placeholder layouts. All resulting content is reviewed, edited and editorially approved before publication by a natural person — the controller named in section 1. Where individual images have been substantially generated or altered by AI, they are marked as such.

No training on your data: Personal data of visitors to this website is not used to train AI models and is not shared with third parties for that purpose.
